如果我注释MyHostedService的注册，该服务仍以某种方式注册，但至少它只启动一次。

如果我没有使用Autofac注册服务，并且我肯定没有使用默认DI，那么如何注册/找到/启动该服务？

builder.RegisterType<MyHostedService>()
    .As<IHostedService>()
    .SingleInstance();

并删除AddHostedService。
